WATER IS LIFE

CONSCIOUS WATER  = WATER + FLOWER ESSENCES
WATER IS LIFE

We Are Water. It Sustains Us Physically, Mentally And Spiritually.
Water Nourishes Body And Soul.

Water is essential to life. Without it, we die.

Our bodies function on energy. They’re also about 70% water. So it’s easy to understand that water carries energy. Good water energy makes us feel strong; bad water energy makes us feel weak.

Ever wonder why kids love to play in water? Why we think of a bath as a relaxing treat? And why the ocean has such a powerful effect?

Water energy can be relaxing, purifying, invigorating, soothing and fun all at the same time; it makes us feel good. There is so much more for us to learn about water. Being conscious of the quality of the water energy around us and within is a step to enjoying a healthy, balanced and happy life.

FLOWER ESSENCES
ARE WELLBEING

FLOWER ESSENCES ARE WELLBEING

Flower Essences Are Carried In Water And Bring The Pure Energy
Of Nature Into Our Bodies. They Nurture Our Sense Of Wellbeing By Balancing
Our Emotions And Serving As A Silent Catalyst For Change.

Flower essences gift us a natural way of shifting our body’s flow of energy by helping us release negative thoughts and beliefs, focus our attention, and sleep better.

They are created by floating handpicked flowers in water, in a crystal bowl, and allowing the light of the sun to transfer the vibrational energy of the plant to the water. There is no physical part of the flower in the essence, only its subtle yet powerful energy.

History
Modern flower remedies were first developed in the early 1930s by English doctor and writer Edward Bach. However, man has been harnessing flower essences for upliftment and healing for generations all over the world, including by Native American Indians and Australian Bushmen.

The belief is that flower essences can stimulate our own ability to heal on all levels of our being simultaneously. They can subtly address imbalances on an emotional, mental, physical and spiritual level.

Benefits
Each type of flower has a unique energetic quality. For example:
Nootka Rose is used for expressing love of life, laughter and joy
Fuchsia promotes a sense of fun and joy
Blue Camas is used to support optimal use of both the intuitive and rational parts of the brain
Snowberry is for feeling present in the moment
Twin Flower inspires compassion for yourself and others.

Expert
Conscious Water is honoured to work with Sabina Pettitt, founder of Pacific Essences, Canada. Sabina lovingly makes our essences with plants grown in the vast beauty of Pacific Northwest. Each essence is created at the location the flowers are found, and no animal or plant life is destroyed during the peaceful process.

Vision
Simply put, flower essences stimulate lasting changes in our own consciousness that can lead to potentially transformative changes in our emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing. And when we feel better on the inside, we do better on the outside too. We become better beings. We believe that flower essences are a beautiful opportunity to reconnect with our unique true natures – for the good of all.

CONSCIOUSNESS
IS CHOICE

CONSCIOUSNESS IS A CHOICE

The More Conscious We Are, The Clearer We Think.
The More Clearly We Think, The Wiser Our Choices.
The Wiser Our Choices, The More Fulfilled We Become.

When we feel stressed or out of sorts, it’s easy to fall into autopilot. Getting through the day ‘busy, busy’, without a thought of what we need or what’s actually best.

Living consciously is about enjoying our lives to the fullest. About loving the life that we want rather than settling for the one that landed in our lap. Decisions need to be made carefully, from the heart.

We understand that change is often hard. Many people would rather stay stuck than change. It demands a lot of work to take responsibility, break out of our routines and claim the life we want.

But it’s worth it!

At Conscious Water we hope that everyone evolves to live consciously. The first step can be as easy as taking just one moment to pause, take a deep breath, and focus on what we wish to contribute to the world that day.
