We will retain your information for so long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services.  If you wish to close your account, you may do so at any time by our customer service. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve any disputes arising out of your use of the Services, and enforce this Agreement.

3.    Our Communications
As described in the Terms of Use, We will communicate with you through e-mail or through other means available through the Services. We may send you a series of e-mails that help inform new Users about the features of the Services, and We will also send you service messages relating to the functioning of the Services.

8.    Disclosures to Third Parties as the Result of a Change in Control or Sale of Flow 33 UK Limited Corporation

We may also disclose your personal information or details and other information you provide to another third party as part of a sale of the assets of Flow 33 UK Limited Corporation, a subsidiary or division thereof, or as the result of a change in control of the company. 11. Order of Precedence
In the event of a contradiction or discrepancy between the provisions of this Privacy Policy and any of the provisions of the Terms of Use, the provision most beneficial with us shall prevail and supersede in all respects, and you hereby waive and shall be prevented from raising any claim and/or demand from us in this respect.
