Create a great place to work
A good work environment enhances learning, productivity and creativity while reducing a burnout. Get a good office chair or a standing desk. Air quality and access to natural light are also important contributors to wellness in the workplace. Face the window and get some green into the office. For many, taking breaks during the workday seems out of the question.
